Email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order if there is an issue and and include the subject line ORDER CHANGE with your order number.
Since we roast to order and our production timeline is so quick it can be tough to adjust any orders once placed. We will do whatever we can to adjust order changes after an order has been made, but cannot guarantee it can be adjusted before shipment.
