You may cancel your subscription or membership at anytime, free of charge, zero strings attached. We’d love to hear feedback if you do cancel your subscription in order to make the experience better for all at email@example.com
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or refunds on coffee that has already been sold due to its perishability.
However, we are committed to creating an amazing experience for you and will go above and beyond to make you happy with your orders from Kamiak Coffee Company. If you have any concerns with your order, coffee, or a damaged delivery send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll it make right.
Email email@example.com immediately after placing your order if there is an issue and and include the subject line ORDER CHANGE with your order number. Since we roast to order and our production timeline is so quick it can be tough to adjust any orders once placed. We will do whatever we can to adjust order changes after an order has been made, but cannot guarantee it can be adjusted before shipment.
