Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription or membership at anytime, free of charge, zero strings attached.

To do this, login to your Account and select 'Cancel Subscription.'

If you have any issues at all, send our team an email at: and we'll edit or cancel your subscription as needed.

We're proud to have roasted the absolute best coffee out there, so we’re pretty sure you’re going to love our coffee too! 

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you'd like to talk to us about an issue with your order, please contact as soon as possible after receiving it. If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery, please include the subject "Damaged Item(s)" and include your order number, name, and image of the damaged item(s) in your email.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or refunds on coffee that has already been sold due to its perishability. 

However, we are committed to creating an amazing experience for you and will go above and beyond to make you happy with your orders from us. With that said, send us an email at and you will receive a response directly from one of the owners of the company in order to come to a solution.
