We love fresh coffee and we don’t want shipping to get in the way of that. 

We also know the difference in taste with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning and it is our commitment to you to get each order out of our roasting facility as soon as we can.

USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING:

-We ship all online coffee orders via USPS Priority in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

-When you order online - you'll automatically receive an email notification that your order has shipped to the email provided. 

SHIPPING TIMELINES:

-Orders ship USPS Priority, Monday - Friday and ship within 7 business days of order.

-Orders placed after 12PM on Friday and over the weekend (Saturday+Sunday) will ship Monday morning.

-All coffee orders will ship within 1 business day of roasts, if not same day if possible to maintain freshness.

-Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, health and safety regulations, and other factors including holiday seasons.

SHIPPING COSTS:

- US Orders of $40+ will have free USPS Priority shipping.

- US Orders under $40 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

LOST, DAMAGED PACKAGES:

-Shipping carriers make mistakes. Every package of ours is handled with extreme care when in our hands, but mistakes can happen when we pass packages on to shipping providers. While this is very rare, if your order is lost, damaged, or delayed - send us an email at info@kamiakcoffeeco.com and we'll do our best to make right of the situation.
