Tasting Notes
This delightful Brazil Single estate coffee has notes of mellow cocoa and roasted peanut with an unrefined panela sweetness. This is such an easy drinking single origin coffee that even the most discerning of coffee drinkers will appreciate.Â
About the Farm
Fazenda Samambaia is a historic private estate in Brazil’s Campos das Vertentes region of southern Minas Gerais, owned by the Cambraia family since 1896. Led today by Henrique Dias Cambraia, the farm combines generations of coffee-growing tradition with modern production practices.
Grown around 1,100 meters above sea level, Samambaia produces classic Brazilian varieties like Yellow Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Catuai, with natural and pulped natural processing that brings out a sweet, full-bodied cup with notes of dark fruit and chocolate.
